Total Single Family Homes Currently on the Market: 16,593
Total Condos Currently on the Market: 23,159
Total Single Family Homes Sold (went under contract): 729
Total Condos Sold (went under contract): 874
Single Family Homes Listed For Sale during the month: 3235
Condos Listed For Sale during the month: 3843
Single Family Home Listings Withdrawn or Cancelled: 1383
Condo Listings Withdrawn or Cancelled: 1411
Single Family Home Listings Expired: 1609
Condo Listings Expired: 2600
Net Single Family Home Listings Change for the month: -486 (reduction)
Net Condo Listings Change for the month: -1042 (reduction)
The results for June show that even though new listings continue to outpace sales by approximately 440%, the total inventory continues a gradual decline. This is a continuing positive signal (however small) in the overall market balance in Broward County.
